Valentine's Day Event!
This wonderful Bahamian musician Mr. Wilfred Solomon and the Ultra Vibes Band, performed the hits of legendary Smoky007 who had many hits locally and Internationally. The Late Great Leroy Cleveland McKenzie better known as "Smokey 007" Soul Brother #1 is a Bahamian Icon who penned such hits as "Laura", "No Body's Child", "Born Dare", "Big Bamboo" and "Just another Poker", to name a few. Smokey toured Europe and the United States and sang with the likes of James Brown, Glayds Knight and Aretha Franklin. His hit "No Body's Child" was on the European charters in the #3 spot for a great length of time.

Count Basie Square has a variety of entertainment. Some evenings there are limbo shows. This performer did the limbo with a woman in tow!
